FPI Mechanical is a regional mechanical contractor serving the Capital District Region of New York State.
Our Vision
Beginning in 1985 as a small full-service contractor, FPI looked to grow. In 1987 FPI opened its fabrication facility in Cohoes, NY. Since, our size and capabilities have expanded to meet project demands.
Currently FPI has over 100,000 square feet of fabrication space. Our fabrication facilities include state of the art metal, plastic, prefabrication and OSM assembly locations. GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, high and ultra high purity orbital stainless, high and ultra high purity IR PVDF plastics, as well as standard PP and HDPE contact butt and socket fusion services are provided.
As a union shop, FPI can ensure trained, skilled, and trusted welders and pipefitters will be staffing your project. Professionally licensed engineers and experienced project managers will take your project from takeoff to completion timely and safely while exceeding your expectations for quality and workmanship.
